Reservation Deposits

To reserve a puppy, a reservation deposit may be required.

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable because the selected puppy is removed from availability and held exclusively for you.

Please ensure you are fully prepared to adopt before placing a reservation.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances before the adoption is completed.
• A licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious congenital or hereditary condition covered under our Health Guarantee.
• We are unable to fulfill the adoption agreement due to circumstances on our end.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A full refund
• A replacement puppy from a future litter
• The option to transfer your reservation to another available puppy

All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• You change your mind after placing a reservation.
• A family member no longer agrees with the adoption.
• Your landlord or housing provider does not allow pets.
• Your personal, work, or travel plans change.
• You experience financial difficulties after reserving a puppy.
• You fail to complete the adoption process within the agreed timeframe.
• You no longer wish to own a puppy.

Returns

Because the health and safety of our puppies are our highest priorities, we do not accept routine returns once a puppy has been placed in its new home.

If unexpected circumstances prevent you from caring for your Dachshund, we encourage you to contact us. We will gladly discuss available options and, when possible, assist with finding a suitable solution that prioritizes the puppy’s well-being.

Health Concerns

If you believe your puppy has a health concern covered under our Health Guarantee, please:

• Contact us immediately.
• Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
• Provide any requested veterinary documentation.

Any replacement or compensation will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee.

Delivery Fees

Transportation, delivery, airfare, and travel-related costs are generally non-refundable once delivery arrangements have been confirmed or completed.

Order Cancellations

If we are unable to complete your adoption due to circumstances beyond your control, you may be offered:

• A full refund of eligible payments
• A replacement puppy from a future litter
• A transfer of your reservation to another available puppy
